Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Personalized products may take an additional 1-3 days to fulfill, and customized drawings can take 1-2 weeks depending on the size of the order.
After processing/fulfillment, shipping may take an additional 4-8 days. (Please note shipping times may be delayed during busy times of the year or if there are extenuating circumstances for the postal service. Unfortunately these factors are completely our of our control).
After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Shipping for items under $50 will be calculated at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@laurenfelice.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you experience any issues during checkout, please contact us at info@laurenfelice.com
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Buyer is responsible to pay for return shipping label - the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@laurenfelice.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
